WHO SHIPS MY ITEM?
Me! Merylin Aguilar, I handcraft everything upon ordering so its made just for you. All orders ship from my home to yours!
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Discover, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept PayPal Payments.

I TYPED MY SHIPPING ADDRESS INCORRECTLY. NOW WHAT?
If you have just placed your order try contacting us on Twitter or Instagram - you can find our accounts at the top right area of this website, if you do not receive a response within 6 hours. Please contact us via Email - , when you email us, please include your first & last name, reason for contacting, and of course, your accurate mailing address.
If your order has already begun shipment or transit, unfortunately we are unable to make changes to the shipping address.
You can contact your local USPS office.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
All orders take 2-3 business days to process and be accepted. after these 2-3 business days, your order will be made, packaged and ship. Most orders ship within 5 to 7 business days from ordering (this does not include weekends or holidays).
To see the estimated delivery timeframe or get status updates on a recent order, visit your order history via your confirmation email.
If it’s been longer than 7 business days since placing your order or you notice your order is outside the delivery window, send us an email us at JGoddessJewels@gmail.com. We’ll just need your order number to check on it for you!
WHY IS MY ORDER STILL "PROCESSING" OR “PREPARING TO SHIP”?
Not to worry! Your order is still on the way. As your shipment progresses, you will see these shipment statuses:
Preparing to ship - Your order has been received by the store. Most stores ship between 5 and 7 business days from ordering.
In transit - Yay! Your order has been shipped and you'll receive your tracking URL. You'll also receive an email and alert on your phone when this happens.
Out for delivery - Your item is on the truck out for delivery.
Delivered - Your item has been delivered!
You can always know when to expect your package by checking the status of it in your tracking email.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
There are no charges for cancelling an order. You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it without any additional charge or obligation.
After 48 hours, you will be charged a 2% cancellation fee if your product has not been shipped. 2% of your approved refund will be deducted.
If the product is already in transit but not delivered, there will be a 10% cancellation fee and you will be charged for all shipping charges. This means 10% & the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
If delivery is attempted but not accepted, no refunds will be permitted until we receive a returned unopened package, upon first being contacted.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM. CAN I GET A REFUND?
If an item arrives defective or damaged, email with photos of the item, order number and we’ll help you out.
